Welcome to Pinehurst Cabin, a stunning mountain retreat nestled above Brian Head Resort with panoramic views of Giant Steps. This luxury Utah vacation rental is perfect for families and groups seeking adventure, relaxation, and comfort in every season.
Located on exclusive Pinehurst Street, the cabin offers easy access to the slopes in winter and scenic trails in summer. With 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and 4,300 sq ft of living space, it comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests.
Main Level
Step into the great room with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing breathtaking mountain views. Gather around the stone fireplace, relax on plush reclining sofas, or enjoy a movie on the large smart TV. The chef’s kitchen includes a 6-burner gas stove, double ovens, and seating for 14 between the island and dining table—perfect for shared meals after a day outdoors.
Two bedrooms are on this level: a bunk room with six twin beds and a queen suite with a private bathroom. Step out to the wraparound deck for outdoor dining, a BBQ grill, and a private sauna overlooking Brian Head’s slopes.
Upper Level
Retreat to the primary king suite featuring a double-vanity bath, walk-in shower, 75” TV, and workspace. The loft area offers a full sleeper sofa and additional seating for reading or remote work.
Lower Level
The movie and game room includes a pool table, wet bar, fireplace, and another 75” smart TV. Down the hall are three bedrooms—a queen room, a double-full Jack-and-Jill layout, and a futon room ideal for gamers or kids.
Outdoor Experience
Enjoy nearly half an acre of private forested land connected to local trail systems. The heated driveway and two-car garage make winter stays seamless, with room for up to seven vehicles total.

Overall, the experience was near perfect! Cabin was very clean and maintained. Everything was readily available. Would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous and Spacious
This home is well stocked, clean and spacious. The company is very responsive. We stayed in Brian Head in a beautiful home called Pinehurst that overlooked the trees and ski lifts. The views were gorgeous. The pool table was nice to have available. There were only two of that night, but it have slept 16 easily. There were tons of bedrooms and bathrooms, a sauna, two fireplaces, a cute "tree house" outside, a wrap around porch with another fireplace. I could go on and on! Absolutely a must stay location. Also, can I just say how nice it was to have a garage available since we went to bed with no snow and woke up t a ton? Fabulous home, great customer service, very clean! Family Time Vacation Rentals is definitely my go to for stay cations and vacations!

Great getaway
We visited this cabin to getaway and take in the sightseeing. Best place we have rented in the area. Big, spacious, has all the amenities. Great setting and very comfortable home.

Perfect for our large group
Great stay and perfect for our large group! The house was very clean and well maintained. The house was conveniently just a short drive away from all of the lifts and shops in Brian Head. We really enjoyed using the sauna, the pool table, and the giant TVs in the house! The only con would be that only 1 person can take a shower or run the dishwasher at a time to get hot water, but I think that’s fairly common for houses on the mountain. Still 5/5 and would stay here again!

Best Stay
One of the best stays I had via Airbnb. The place was sparkling clean. The host was thoughtful with extra comforters in every room. Very easy check in and out. The host was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone else.

Great location and cabin.
Our family has been visiting Brian Head for years and this is by far our favorite place to stay. Very happy with FTVR customer service. The property itself is positively lovely and well thought out for multiple families to share the large home. The kids love being able to walk out the door and sled in the snow or play on the double decker play structure in the sun, not to mention all the games and puzzles inside. The adults love the comfortable furniture, easy floor plan and of course those amazing views!!! We can't wait to come back!
