Located a mere 2.5 miles from BSU and conveniently close to the Boise Airport, this home spans 1,207 square feet, featuring 3 spacious bedrooms and a full bathroom to comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The primary living area is a bright and inviting space, complete with a large sectional for the entire family to gather. Enjoy movies and sports games on the big screen television with ample seating for everyone.

The well-equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, fully stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve delicious meals. Additionally, a bonus office room provides an ideal space for remote work or private study.

Step outside to the fenced backyard, an expansive area perfect for weekend barbecues, children's playtime, pets, or simply basking in the sun with a good book. Beyond the fence lies farmland, ensuring a peaceful and quiet retreat.
