Which Trail Will You Choose?

Bunker Creek Trail

Bunker Creek Trail sits between Brian Head and Panguitch Lake, and it has the lowest difficulty score of the three big mountain biking courses in the area. This trail is still for intermediate-level bikers that have some plenty of biking miles under their belts. It begins on Brian Head Peak and takes you for an epic downhill journey to Panguitch Lake. Overall, you'll see stunning 360-degree views for miles around you.

Blowhard Mountain Trail

Take the Brian Head Mountain Bike Shuttle to this trail located just south of Cedar Breaks National Monument. Blowhard Mountain Trail is an advanced and technical downhill course that drops over 3,300 vertical feet for over seven miles. Plenty of challenges obstacles and steep portions of the trail are very tricky, so only experienced riders should consider tackling this.

Dark Hollow Trail

The Dark Hollow Trail is another technical-advanced downhill run that descends over 5,300 feet from Brian Head to Parowan. Steep drops and rough, embedded rocks make this a tricky trail, even for experienced riders. It's about a 16-mile journey if you count the four miles of paved road that leads you into town.Tip: A forest fire in 2017 devasted much of the tree growth in the area, closing down the Dark Hollow Trail. Check with local shops or Brian Head Resort to see if the trail is open during your visit.
