We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database. It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems. They are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Our vacation homes are stocked in such a way that you always feel like you are coming "home" to your "vacation home" rather than returning to a small hotel room. Our homes have full kitchens, with some homes having game rooms, hot tubs and BBQ grills. You will be able to enjoy a full service home while you are on vacation rather than a small, cramped hotel room.

Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund. For cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, we do our best to accommodate rescheduling or provide a refund if the dates rebook. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking to protect against unexpected changes to your plans.
Yes, our standard minimum stay is 2 nights. However, longer minimums may apply during holidays and special events. Specific requirements will be shown when you select your desired dates.

We offer several homes, some of which allow pets and some do not. You can either look at our properties online by clicking on the "vacation rentals" tab above and see if the home you are looking at allows pets. Yes, each property is stocked with professionally laundered bed linens and bathroom towels for your comfort and convenience.
Pricing & Fees
All short-term reservations include a cleaning fee and a damage waiver fee. The damage waiver provides protection against accidental damage during your stay, giving you peace of mind without the need for a traditional security deposit.
If you're bringing pets, a pet fee will apply based on the number of pets listed on the reservation—this will be clearly itemized at checkout.
For properties with a hot tub or private swimming pool, a nightly setup fee is added to help cover the additional maintenance and upkeep required to keep these amenities guest-ready. All fees will be shown in detail before you complete your booking.
For stays under 28 nights, we do not require a security deposit. For longer stays (28 nights or more), also known as mid-term stays, a security deposit may be required and will be communicated prior to checking in.
If you book 30 days or more before your arrival, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due no later than 30 days before arrival. For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We offer early check-in (1:00 PM) and late check-out (1:00 PM)when available for a $50 fee. Availability depends on turnover schedules and staffing, so please reach out in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
Access varies by property and may include keypad, lockbox, or keyless entry. Your detailed access instructions will be sent via text and email on the day of arrival. Please note that some access codes are time-sensitive and will not work until your scheduled check-in time.
If you have any trouble checking in, please reach out to our Guest Services team right away at 800.632.7007—we’re available for calls and messaging to assist you. If needed, we also have local staff available for in-person support to make sure you get settled in smoothly.
Yes! We do our best to accommodate early check-in or late check-out when possible. Availability depends on our turnover schedule and staffing, and a $50 fee applies. Please reach out in advance so we can check availability for your stay.
